Develop a marketing strategy on Instagram and test comprehensive advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads to increase the client base and ensure the salon is fully booked. Previous advertising campaigns only brought likes and a few new followers. Promotion was done through the "promote" button in the Instagram profile.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Women aged 20 to 50 who value the quality of services provided and are not inclined to save on their health. Initially, the focus was on Russian-speaking individuals, and later on, Czech-speaking clients.

  • Set up campaigns based on the analysis of the target audience provided by the client.
  • Selected Prague for geographic ad display since similar services are provided by only 1-2 studios in the city.
  • Initially targeted Russian-speaking and Ukrainian-speaking audiences.
  • Expanded the audience to include Czech-speaking individuals due to the significantly higher and more promising long-term reach.

  • Tested all the main services provided by the studio (manicure, pedicure, podiatrist services).
  • Selected the optimal combinations of ads and settings to achieve KPI without losing the number of followers and inquiries in Direct.
